Gettysburg 150th Anniversary of the American Civil War

Invasion of Pennsylvania-Gettysburg
April 30, 2011
Commemorating the 150th Anniversary

On hallowed ground we walk in Gettysburg.
The first of a series of events remembering the civil war.  A re-creation of the famous civil war skirmish on the town square of Gettysburg. There will be encampments, demonstrations of civil war tactics, artifacts, first-person portrayals.
After a day in Gettysburg come and stay at the Olde Square Inn and share your day with us.  A great breakfast will be waiting for you in the morning.  Take a beautiful walk along one of our rail trails close by.  25% off your second night at the inn.  Wonderful restaurants within walking distance and a short drive away.  For your second day travel to the wineries that are waiting for your tasting of their newest wines.  Have a pup?  Bring them along as we are pet friendly and handicap accessible.
