Ghost Dinner Menu

wood fired pumpkin stew
Ham hock broth, preserved sweet corn
Salad of lehman farm apples
Lancaster farm fresh greens, fennel, cured egg, smoked peach dressing
Choice of confit of amish chicken or grilled white tuna
Beiler’s heritage acres grits, butter poached harvest vegetables, pickled
watermelon-bacon jam
Butternut squash mousse
Port, pear, spices
Plan a weekend getaway at the Olde Square  Inn, tucked in 
by your fireplace.
We will also reserve a time for your massage
 at the spa with wine and cheese being 
served after your massage.
 Join them for a campfire and ghost stories.
